We understand that sometimes you may want to cancel an order, if you purchased the wrong items, ordered too much/too little or if you brought from the wrong brand. If you want to cancel an order that you’ve placed, do inform us as soon as possible, via an email to email@example.com.
We will work with the Brand to understand the status of the order. We can cancel orders that have yet to be accepted by the brands (usually within 24h). If they have already accepted it, we cannot guarantee a cancellation, out of respect to the Brands and the effort that goes into securing any order.
